      Pros

      If you have the eagerness to learn you will be greatly rewarded and at a quicker pace. Health Benefits are really good. Really high Job Security. Plenty of opportunities to innovate and the company allows you to deploy your creations. Management cares about making things better for the employees and focusing on the customer experience.

      Cons

      Compensation starts off slow but can increase quickly after a few years Most of the development team is in Israel which makes customer support very difficult during their holidays and since their weekends start on Friday there is often a gap in update time. Easily get pulled into a poor work-life balance.

      - Gil Shwed, as CEO, technical, invented Stateful Inspection and truly cares about security - The people that work here will bend over backwards to help new employees, even those in senior management positions
