Pros

Good work environment, flexible schedule, team effort, no back-biting, focused on the customer and product quality. ESPP, RSU, very nice offices, ability to work full time from home, a lot of diversity in the company employees. The company is very stable, and does not fire employees in times of crisis.

Cons

We're growing our solution portfolio at an incredible pace, sometimes it's hard to keep up.

Terrific "Care for you" culture. Competitive Salary. Very open door and helpful management culture.

Cons

Maybe a con is that there are soooo many solutions to learn and it's very challenging to be an expert within more than one pillar of solutions. However, this also plays to the advantage of being able to have a solution conversation with most all cyber security challenges today.
