Checkpoint is a great company to work for, but you should be very clear on how things work as far as administration (pay, commission, expenses, home office) policies. There is no lack of your ability to learn broad and deep.
Cons
The company is very frugal in the cost of doing business. This may be a sticking point for new hires from other companies.
