Maybe a bit over-conservative, but probably the right call when dealing with people's health and well-being. Decent 401k matching and Employee Stock Program, as well as financial wellness programs/webinars to help employees in that area. Well respected name in Cyber and Leader in many areas. Many new initiatives and Products that seem promising. Breadth of Portfolio is impressive. Infinity ELA program could be a game changer, when and if, it takes off. Exciting things look to be brewing…
Cons
Too conservative, which could be hindering overall growth. Marketing could be better. Pay is below market average, and annual merit increases are low and not guaranteed. Takes time to understand the Culture and process of doing Business. Way of doing things could be more streamlined and less kludgy. Technology is solid, GTM strategy and local support is lacking.
