      One of the best places to work

      Pros

      Excellent work environment where I have the control and freedom do my job on my own way. I have a very good channel were I can always communicate with my manager and his managers. Check Point is a well known brand in the security industry, which makes my sales job easier because almost everybody are willing to listen what we have to say.

      Cons

      I can barely list negative points to write here without looking like I'm exaggerating my assessment. The only thing that comes to my mind is our marketing, which has improved a lot in recent years, but it's still not the company's strong point.

      Check Point's security portfolio is rock solid The culture is like a family, everyone has your back Gil, the CEO is determined and most believe in his vision

      Internal processes can be difficult Marketing needs to keep up with the industry, their mindset is antiquated

      Pros

      This is a great company, whose products help learn how an all-round security eco system works. The people are always team-motivated and eventually always work together to get the job done. Strong sense of community, at least before COVID.

      Cons

      The management is rigid and is slow to respond to the quickly changing reality which we live in. It's on the way of course - but a little late - I feel. The pay, on the other hand, in most positions in this company - is substantially lower than outside of it.
