Pros

The people, we win together or lose together. We're a team, and most of my peers I consider family. There are many opportunities at Check Point to move around within the company, try out different things, take on leadership roles even as an individual contributor.

Cons

Check Point can sometimes be a little behind the market, unwilling to change until the market dictates they must.

Pros

Excellent work environment where I have the control and freedom do my job on my own way. I have a very good channel were I can always communicate with my manager and his managers. Check Point is a well known brand in the security industry, which makes my sales job easier because almost everybody are willing to listen what we have to say.

Cons

I can barely list negative points to write here without looking like I'm exaggerating my assessment. The only thing that comes to my mind is our marketing, which has improved a lot in recent years, but it's still not the company's strong point.
