Pros

Good culture. Helpful people. Allowance and benefits are good. Growth opportunities are very good. Lot of learning of technology and product.

Cons

-Too much work load. -Upper management doesn't care how much pressure employees have. Compensation is not so good as per the standard.

Pros

As long as you can operate a computer, you'll get the job.

Cons

T2 engineers are over worked and at the mercy of customers. Customers can choose not to respond to cases and then suddenly reopen cases when they feel like. This of cause hurts your KPI They do not employ call routers...at least not in OTTAWA! The work will drain you.
