Great core technology and engineering. Good place to learn - and then move on.

Cons

C-suite leadership doesn't really trust anyone outside of Israel. Outrageously high employee turnover in every non-technical area. Culturally engrained lack of customer empathy. Sales is stuck on the technology and struggles to drive to a customer business outcome.

This is a great place too work with great people. Lots of training opportunities and the opportunity to move into other areas of interest. Fantastic team mates and a great boss. Work hard and we have fun. Great Leadership with lots of internal resources.

Cons

Cheap company travel--nitpick on every little thing. Commission targets change constantly and are not very fair. High turnover due to Commission targets and not as competitive compared to other companies.
