Learning new technologies is often discouraged because leadership prefers to keep things “the way they’ve always been,” even when that hurts growth and innovation. Employees are treated like headcount rather than people. Development, curiosity, and initiative are not genuinely supported — they’re quietly shut down. Several managers actively contribute to a toxic environment. There is a clear lack of empathy, and communication is often dismissive or outright derogatory. Respect is not part of the culture here.
