Istael company so culture is different Seems to be very accounting base when making decisions,

Success/strength is limited to firewall business and a somewhat loyal customer base. Extremely difficult working environment with substantial turn over. Everybody is micro-managed at every step, which makes breaking away difficult. People are not empowered, and it is very difficult to bring new ideas to the table. The working environment is perhaps the biggest issue at Check Point that inhibits their success. Although the technology is sound and stable, it is not cutting edge. They have not been able to see much success in new areas of security technology. Hardware-based model is not adapting to current market trends.

Not very organized work process. Typically late on schedules. To much background noise and interrupts making the work process agitating. A lot of co dependents with a work overload, makes it difficult to progress. A lot of old & legacy products to support. Cannot use 10bis in restaurants outside, except maybe one or two. Lack of young spirit\culture. Lately more people leave the company the get hired, which makes it even more difficult on those who stay.

Don't value employees. Poor tech support. Don't give a toss about customers

Salary is low Old technology in products

Theres not much. Every work place will over work engineers. This place doesn't. If all depends how you manage your work load. Your outcome depends how much you out in. Compensation could be better. Other jobs pay more but doesn't mean it's not a good place to be.

Work is always under pressure, working with old technologies, not that good atmosphere and many people are very frustrated.

There are many travels and awful technical support.
