      Great technology, some amazing colleagues.

      Cons

      A toxic environment, Micromanagement and strong pressure are leaving no space for your personal life. Metric monitored by Israel offices. A huge turnover in Sales, and lack of real support to achieve the target. Benefit are below the average of the industry (no company car, poor healthcare, no other benefit...).

      Still selling old technology along with a couple new offerings. Every process is extremely slow. Communication. Small territories that are over farmed. Compensation for workload. . Very little to no sales tools or applications to help streamline business. Culture.

      There are tons of last-minute fire drills which often times can get in the way of what you were hired to do. This is also true for a number of companies, Ensure prioritization and organization is a strong suit of yours.

      Great people, lots of opportunities to grow, moving to different teams after 2 years, perks, one of the most stable companies I know, even in this hard market times. Great experience, work life balance.

      Salary can be a little low as compared to the market. May take some time to adapt to new technologies.

      High change over of management and employees which change the culture a lot. Will put you on a PIP and push you out to lower costs with no real reasoning
