Complete lack of process and procedures. And the ones they do have are unclear and disorganized. Lack of support for anything you work on. You will carry all of the burden for any tasks, improvements or assignments and will receive no support from management. Healthcare is very expensive and poor coverage for the high cost. They rarely promote or groom their own people to move up. So if you want a long career, steer clear of here. Since the pandemic and massive lay offs, they didnt care much about work/life balance.
