Too many changing, moving too slowly in innovation

None that I can think of immediately.

This company was sold last year to CCL, since then everything changed. They announced the company was moving all operations to KY, so most people quit because they could not relocate. Many others made arrangements to travel and relocate just to be told a few months later that the company would not relocate. Just this last week we went trough this again and now they are relocating to NJ. All employees will be out of a job. Really sad.

Politically charged work atmosphere when dealing with other groups within parent company. Lack of strong executive leadership and support in integrating various groups following acquisition by CCL.

Lack of flexibility at the time

You either get long or short term engagements. Short term requires lots of travel.

Areas managers are rude and they do not impulse the carrer and grow of the people in theirs teams!

Salary is not up to the market standards.
