the business is changing too fast, you sometimes do not know where the direction is, and you have to change yourself to adapt the environment.

In the freemium mobile app arena.

Cons

No value is communicated to people as to why these apps are important. A lot of talk about execution but no clear strategy. High employee turnover rate. Lots of long hours. Incompetent management who expect people to work as slaves way into the night to watch videos with Beijing or Taiwan. Blind as a bat management who threaten to fire employees at least once a month. Extremely high turnover rate because the management is so out of tune.
