Pros

I have been with the company for 2 years now and really love the team I work with , the company, the leadership and the opportunity for growth. As with any fast growing startup there are challenges and hurdles to overcome but that is part of the fun and energy of working for a startup. We have a brilliant and very talented team in our office and a great company culture. I honestly would not consider leaving the company any time soon. The management team are actively involved in everything day to day and always willing to dive in and get their hands dirty along with everyone else.

Cons

I am very happy working for Cheetah and get hit up by recruiters on a regular basis. However, I have no interest in leaving and I am very happy here. We have just gone through a recent acquisition and I am greatly enjoying seeing the company change and grow every month.

work will be seen/used by millions, company is highly respected by others in china for success abroad, horrible salary offset by huge bonuses if your boss likes you

Cons

So many people that it's very difficult to own a project, lots of confusion over your role, very low pay, no equity, company is very cutthroat due to large bonuses, management lies to get what they want, churn and burn style with employees

We have brought on HR in the US and are actively working to change things by promoting better communication, better work/life balance, and listening to our employees needs to improve the way things are handled.
