      Pros

      Working at Chelan PUD is an opportunity for me to support renewable energy at an employer focused on giving back to the community (through gorgeously maintained parks and low power rates). But the best part truly is the people. I really enjoy the people I work with. Chelan also has amazing benefits, robust training budgets, and offers stability.

      Cons

      Chelan is a public entity and highly regulated, so it can take more time to make things happen than it might in the private sector.

      Pros

      Benefits are great maybe the best locally without working for a tech company remote. Great pay again within the area.

      Very hypocritical they have their values yet do the opposite. Do no value team or individual not support new ideas.
