      Great benefits & public service--feel good about the PUD's Mission to serve the community. Provides low-cost power and other benefits like exceptional parks and fiber to the home.

      Cons

      No bonuses, wages are not always as competitive as they should be, not always great opportunities for advancement available due to longevity of careers
