      Pros

      I've been here a year and I still am in awe that I landed such a great job at such a great company. ChemTreat is the Google of the water treatment industry. The way ChemTreat takes the intentional time and effort to increase employee engagement, hold proudly to ethics, and provide quality and personalized service to our customers is incredible. There's also a sweet spot between a lean culture and work-life balance that ChemTreat has found and is continuing to foster. I am honored for the opportunity to work here and highly recommend ChemTreat as a place to work.

      Cons

      None that I can think of - there are always challenges and opportunities to grow but the business and culture of ChemTreat is solid.

      People feel like they are in the trenches together.

      Cons

      Definitely Male Driven. Its rare for a female to get ahead. They give you fantastic benefits then get upset when you actually try to use them. Hard work is not at all valued.

      Sneaky managers. Managers show favoritism. The company used to be customer focused but is now only focused on how much profit can be made. The company has lost what originally made it a great company. Employees are over worked. Expect to work more than 40 hours. Morale is low and employees are stressed. Long term employees are looked down on and management does what they can to get rid of them. The company only wants young corporate climbers.
