Pros
Chemonics has a robust offering of in-house training. You can learn a lot here and gain skills that are transferable. The workplace culture I think is above average in terms of teamwork and collaboration. I've benefited from good mentorship and supervision.
Cons
Some things concerning compensation and benefits are not transparent. The company places a huge emphasis on winning new business, i.e. USAID contracts, often I think at the expense of the successful implementation of their current projects.
