Good place for single people who like to travel

Pros

Chemonics offers great benefits and will pay for tuition reimbursement and outside training.

Cons

The bonus and promotion structure is a joke. The criteria isn't clearly defined and a straight answer is impossible to acheive from senior management. You can work hard and long hours but that alone doesn't give you a chance to be promoted. You must travel alot in order to be considered eligible. Basically the standards are too high and turnover is high too.

There are numerous personal growth opportunities, language learning, great benefits, opportunity to travel, ability to network with similar professionals in the industry and learning how USAID functions. Overall good first jobb.

Cons

The work life balance is a challenge with long hours and little thought to what you have going on outside of work.
