Finally free from the dupont ball and chain, this company can make sound decisions for the business' they run.

Cons

Lots of change, not all positive. Lots of lay offs while they hire lower paid younger workers

Good pay. Good vacation policy. Paid holidays. Good 401k match. Somewhat of a family atmosphere. A lot of overtime if you want it.

Cons

A lot of overtime, even if you don't want it. Medical and dental benefits are not as good as some of the other chemical plants and refineries in the area.
