Pros

*First and foremost - Any review about Chemours and too much DuPont legacy MUST be written by people that NEVER worked for DuPont. * Worked for DuPont for several years, and then left for 5+ years to experience the "rest of the chemical world". Came to Chemours this year and I can tell you the ONLY piece of this company that even slightly resembles old DuPont is the way Chemours values its people. * This is a fast moving, innovative, forward looking, growing company * Strong values for Safety, Innovation, Ethics, and Customer Focused * Respectful, fun work environment. Work Hard - Play Hard * Every person in this company from the top to the bottom is driven to make this company more successful each and every day. If you want to learn every day, work cross functionally, and have your opinions heard, and be recognized and rewarded for your hard work -- This is the place for you!

Cons

The only downside at all is the location of corporate headquarters being in downtown Wilmington as it does cost you money in city wage tax and parking (which averages at about $180/month for parking). Getting out of the city would certainly add to the draw of Chemours, but I don't see that ever happening.
