Pros

great coworkers, good products and a solid customer base to sustain the company

Cons

transformation from DuPont to create a new culture will be painful. Too many life long Duponters who have no experience outside just don't know anything different and will take time for the new culture to take root.

Pros

The company has really good potential with strong base businesses and experienced people / leaders. Also seeing infusion of both young and experienced highly qualified & skilled talent / leadership to help take the company forward.

Cons

Early cost cutting, smaller teams, streamlining teams / work are realities, but can feel like still doing everything with fewer people. Often too many leaders want to be part of decisions - need to clarify & streamline accountability, empower leaders, teams and individuals. Communications & employee engagement - more needed to improve employee understanding & motivation
