Pros

People, pay, and work schedule. Management treats everyone like family, no matter your job title. Their able to maintain a family atmosphere despite the size of the workforce.

Cons

None. I literally cannot write one con about Chemours. I wish they had more plants throughout the U.S. to give more people the opportunity to work for this company.

Poor incentives Management wants to Own Everything -- Poor Mentorship, Political Research versus tactical science and vision Business development team lacking science foundation. Poor techincal integration leads to difficult advancements.
