Pros

Pay and benefits are ok

Cons

There have been red flags since the spin off from Dupont, however, they are even more prevalent during the coronavirus pandemic. Management is directing employees to put themselves at risk in order to generate revenue. Concerns regarding the pandemic have been repeatedly ignored and dismissed. The value of "Safety Obsession" is a joke as management continues to push people to do things they are not comfortable with.

Pros

Easy workload and little responsibility. Just do the little that your asked to do and you'll look amazing. "Nobody ever got fired for doing nothing"

Cons

Its a company run by engineers who only care about the bottom line. Don't expect safety, work/life balance or any sort of professionalism.

Pros

The experienced people are quick to help the new hires. Pay is good. Benefits are ok. We get bonuses of anywhere from one to five percent yearly.

Cons

Management runs a micro managing system. Health insurance is weak. Training is not up to par. No respect for people with control room experience. They expect people to learn in a very short time. Low morale.
