If you have cousins or relatives in this company , you're in paradise, otherwise they don't care who you are. They will not keep you forever. This company is colony of cousins and friends who are core group. In downturn market, they usually forget morality.

Pros

Excellent benefits, GREAT bonuses, highly competitive salary, relaxed and fun atmosphere. The robust hiring process has created an unusually high percentage of over achievers. Almost everyone is engaged and wants to help each other.

Cons

Site is somewhat remote. About 15 miles from civilization with single road access from both directions (there is a remote site stipend). Eating out is limited to two places due to distance.
