The pay was good. The work was fun and challenging.

Cons

People here are not very welcoming. It was difficult to get to know people and how the positions or groups intertwined. Not forthcoming with information. Lots of nepotism!!! Gaslighting was commonplace.

Cons

High performers are overloaded. Managers with lean teams are celebrated at the cost of high performers who are burnt out. Toxic culture where bullies go unpunished, rewarded even. Micromanagement problem. Inflexible work schedule. Management is not in touch with the times.
