Pros

Good management, great compensation and benefits, and a lot of room to move vertically or horizontally.

Cons

Not a lot of teamwork between departments. Future of cheniere and where the company is headed is unknown. Work/life balance for most employees is great but longer hours during crunch time or after layoffs. A lot of politics.

Pros

Decent basic salary, good bonus and stock option program, generous healthcare coverage. Parking and transportation paid by the company. Sexy place to start your career and after 2 years look for something better. The company have the advantage of the Europe energy crisis at this moment

Cons

There is not flexibility at all for employees, no WFH or hybrid work policies. That is a discretion of your managers and that is a lie. It is expected for you to be 100% of the time at your desk. If you have personal issues to solve you have to use a day of your vacation, but it is expected that you answer emails and attend online meetings during you vacation time. They talk about safety but it is expected you should up to work after 3 or 4 hour drive, or do a 3 hour round trip (each way) the same day, you must show to work the day after a long haul job related flight and jet lag, not considering accidents can happen. There isn’t a Journey Management policy in place. They do not listen to the voice of the employee, and they do not consider this type of feedback. There is not development opportunities for employees and to get a promotion you have to be member of the CKC, Cool Kids Club. Leadership and the new HR administration are focused on numbers, they do not understand that it is about people, about creating a sustaining a culture. The company is starting to lose good people, that is not healthy turn over, that is a loss There is not trust

Pros

Cheniere as a company is a very good company. The company offers good perks and benefits. Great place to learn.

Cons

Cheniere Management is bad. The company has high turnover. They hire people that don't want to work thereby overworking the employees that actually do work. There's no room for growth in certain departments.
