      Great industry doing great things on a global scale--excellent opportunities and upside for this company, it's an exciting place to be

      Work/life flexibility is available at manager discretion which is good, a program similar to energy peers (e.g. 9x80) would be even better

      excellent benefits, very competitive salaries, 6% 401K matching, charitable matching, maternity and paternity leave. It's a growing company but works hard to keep the small company feel.

      Cons

      some growing pains associate with moving from small company to a leading player in the market.
