Great pay and great benefits if you can out last the coming layoffs. Mid to low level employees are great to work with - but be cautious of sharing any negative thoughts about the company or you will be targeted.

Cons

Management meets in secret and does not share company direction honestly. Senior management is only concern with keeping the board happy and the price of the stock.
