Pros

The pay and benefits are great. You have a lot of freedom to do your job the way you want. You are rewarded for your performance.

Cons

No work from home or flexible option and head-counts making sure everyone is in the office. The amount of change has been too high for too long. High performing people are burning out. The lean workforce is spread too thin too keep the high level of performance sustained.

Salary, bonus, and coworkers are great people.

Cons

Management has a huge disconnect with its employees. They are starting to lose a lot of great people because of the toxic culture they have created by allowing nepotism, and good old boy system amongst management. Management demands respect based on their titles and not by earning it. Middle management is killing this place. They allow favoritism and no one is held accountable. There are no checks and balances amongst inexperienced management and will eventually get them into trouble. It's like the wild west amongst people cutting throats for titles and power. This place could have been amazing but they have allow middle, inexperienced management to build a culture that is toxic.

Beautiful office space in downtown.

Cons

The management in the communications department does not want you to grow, speak out or questions anything. Most of the good managers are leaving for another LNG company.
