      Pros

      Good Medical/Dental Benefits, 401K 100% matching up to 6%. Strong sense of community service. DoD contracts.

      Cons

      Recently re-organized, saw a lot of turnover, and has some growing pains. Requires COVID vacc due to federal contracts.

      Pros

      Job opportunities. They are wanting a culture change from Cherokee Nation Businesses and Cherokee Nation Entertainment, which they split from, which is a great thing.

      Cons

      Lost a lot of people from the split with the rest of the company, which is putting a lot of pressure on current employees. The HR people seem like great people but it feels like we have a bunch of mistakes and miscommunication with the rest of Cherokee Federal company. So far the company doesn't feel like it wants to beat the competition as a preferred place to work for. Nothing so far makes people say "This is the company that I want stay working at for a long time".

      Pros

      Wonderful work performed by the organization. Profits go back to support Cherokee Nation and help improve lives of Cherokee Nation citizens. Growing government contractor with room for upward mobility!

      Cons

      Hard to complain about anything the organization offers (honestly). Good people - growing corporation.
