Pros

At Chetu, u will get exposure to interact with clients directly on client calls, u will learn to handle work pressure effectively, and get continuous learning exposure through diverse projects and technologies.

Cons

The company policies are continuously worsening, with increasing office politics and high work stress. There's very little support from management, and developers often feel neglected. It's difficult to raise concerns, as direct questions about policies are not encouraged.

Pros

You’ll learn patience, mainly by waiting for basic employee rights. Great exposure to legal threats—No needs law school? Unique culinary experience (if you love surprise insects/ cockroach in your food).

Cons

No real training—just a 30-minute PPT, and you’re expected to figure out everything on your own. Freshers are forced to give a 3-4 lakh security cheque, and if you leave for genuine reasons, they threaten to encash it. They hold experience letters and threaten to "ruin your career" if you try to leave. If someone leaves the company, they demand 7 lakh as a penalty. Food quality is terrible—sometimes, it even comes with insects. Toxic work culture with tanasahi management. No respect for employees. Country head is blamed for sexually harassing a female employee called her in a guest house to make out physical relationship. still you would like to join??????
