      Pros

      Good for beginners to learn technologies, if you can survive here. 6 month appraisal policy

      Cons

      Termination policy even they can fire you even you are on leave and they will not provide you termination letters documents.(it is worse) Politics is everywhere. No personal professional life balance. No Respect of senior Chetu Members, if you are 2-3 year old in chetu, they can fire you on your small mistake. PM can't handle pressures of client, they vomit all the pressures to developers.

      Pros

      Really smart people to work with. Leaders who care and are invested in helping you build your career. Amazing work culture and perks/benefits. Growth, visibility unlimited. Innovative ideas are given preference. Company is working on latest technologies.

      Cons

      You would get so addicted to the smooth and tension free work environment. There are no cons, probably some will say there is less structure around processes but I think that is deliberately done to move fast.

      Pros

      I am working here from last 5 years and has a great experience for me. Here I learned lots of new latest technologies like ASP.Net 4.5, SharePoint, SSRS, MVC6, Oracle, BI and many more technologies. If you want to learn more technically and growing the USA client communication skill very quickly then Chetu is the best company. 6 Months appraisal is one of the most exciting experiences here. Project Managers are very supportive and helping nature.

      Cons

      Afternoon Shift Timing may be an issue for some, but this shift is good to avoid traffic and working hours rush.
