Money matters: In my humble opinion, Chetu is one of very few companies that provide a sophisticated increment to its employees and moreover cherry on top is, it follows six monthly appraisal policy. 2). Quality Development: If you are looking for a simple copy paste job, Chetu is not good place for you. I will not lie, you will face challenging projects with Chetu. But believe it or not, all the way you would be grooming your knowledge and logics. 3). Professionalism: For a mid-sized company like Chetu, you will find it surprising that processes are well defined with so much maturity. 4). Others: Added benefits like Cafeteria, Gymnasium, Alternate Saturdays events are nice.
