      I am working in this organization since 1 year and My findings are: 1. If you are good learner and have self motivation skill then you should join this organization on beginner level. 2. While working here you will earn some development skills in your related technology. 3. Chances to go to USA and Neither land. 4. Good thing is Chetu promote to their current employees who are working on executive levels. 5. Company is on expansion phase so chances for growth and development are high.

      Somehow i neglect these things because it happens that you will like every single thing of organization.

      Excellent learning platform in terms of Technologies, roles and responsibilities.transparent policies, 6 months appraisal policy & Nice salary increment, on-site opportunities, latest technologies and overall the policy and transparency, working culture of this company is excellent.

      Cons

      Only alternate Saturday is OFF. All Saturday should be OFF. Otherwise everything is excellent with chetu.

      Pros

      I have been working with Chetu for around one and half year.This is the well established MNC company. Chetu is good place for enhancing the technical skills and as well as personality growth, every team member have direct interaction with clients. I have joined the company as a software engineer, now I am working as TL. Enjoying working with Chetu.

      Cons

      I don't see any cons. As I mentioned it provides growth opportunities and good working environment.
