      Pros

      The best thing about chetu is its work environment where you will have direct interaction with Client so that you will learn from end to end SDLC lifecycle. Here you will go with all process from analysis, requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment. You will be involved in every process which helps you a great learning curve. This is a best place to learn and gain technical skills. Chetu finds outs potential of an employee very quickly, based on them performance appraisals, promotions are given which in turn helps an employee to grow himself with career along with company's growth.

      Cons

      Timings are odd if you have a family. Not willing to learn and explore then this is the place for you.

      Pros

      Working environment in Chetu is good. No work pressure. You will get a chance to work on different domains here. Best part here is six months appraisal process, that encourages to work hard . Company is working on latest technologies. Seniors are very supportive. Good company for growth .

      Only main Cons is alternative Saturday off

      Pros

      I have spent more three years in this company and I must say the working environment here is perfect. In the initial phase my seniors and fellow members helped me a lot to adjust here. Because of them I am what I am today. I really felt that I have learnt a lot in such a short period. The Operation team always being so supportive related to cab or any other issues. Also, the HR helps a lot when I am in need of any guidance. I appreciate the onsite or abroad working opportunity here.

      Cons

      I don't find any cons here. Reality is if you are lazy in work then you will face problem anywhere.
