Honestly, there is very little to like about working at Chetu. The company has a toxic work culture where employees are treated more like machines than human beings. There is no work-life balance — long working hours are expected without any appreciation or proper compensation. Management is highly unprofessional, and micromanagement is the norm. There is a serious lack of transparency and communication. Instead of supporting employees, the management focuses on pressure and blame. The environment is filled with fear rather than motivation. Growth opportunities are minimal unless you blindly follow orders without questioning anything. Creativity and innovation are not encouraged — you're expected to just obey and deliver.
Cons
The HR policies are outdated and seem designed to trap employees rather than support them. Even basic things like leaves and breaks are frowned upon.
