Work life balance is good. Office timing of 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm is very comfortable to work and gives you lot of time to improve your skills. Office working environment is good. You get chance to work with variety of projects and clients. Overall it's excellent learning and working experience at Chetu.

Nothing. If you keep working on to improve your skills, you will have a great career here .

Good culture, Work life balance, new learnings/ knowledge improvement and Performance based appraisals. Only your work speaks so concentrate on work more instead of joining gossiping groups.

Cons

No WFH/ AlterNet day Saturday working while US teams office are closed.
