Pros

Relatively speaking Chevron is the hippy, touchy feeling oil company. Good work life balance, lots of opportunity to grow and competitive pay and benefits

Cons

Company is heavily system and process focused, slowing work down. Also can be skewed in favor of thosed hired straight out of college.
