Good processes and procedures to follow to achieve work. Leadership places personnel safety, morale, and welfare as the top priority. There are multiple channels for personnel to self-develop their competency and knowledge.

Cons

Oil and gas resources have been nationalized, especially in Southeast Asia. As a result, concession might be insecure in the long run.
