      Pros

      I really like the family that owns this store and I have a sense of loyalty because I’ve worked for them for a few years at multiple locations they own.

      Cons

      They do not offer any benefits or holiday pay. There is no room for advancement and it feels more and more likely that the American employees are being pushed out slowly so all stores will be staffed by their friends and family that are immigrating here, which makes the work environment uncomfortable. The lack of communication is also frustrating.
