A multinational company with high performance and ethical standards and endless resources for employee development. Winners for diversity & inclusion and encourages you to bring your whole, true self to work. Huge focus on health & safety and employee health and well-being. Lots of great inspirational leaders and a culture that promotes Transformational Leadership and growth mindset. Great benefits, travel and growth opportunities. Continuous improvement culture, highly talented colleagues.

Cons

Operates in a commodity market so the occasional restructuring (job cuts) is a known risk. Large organization with long history so lots of policies. Nobody leaves (willingly) so long queues in promotional pipelines. Don't always benchmark pay right especially in a post-covid world. This is an operating business unit, opportunities for talented individuals depends on role of the business in wider Corporate portfolio (out of your control).

Pros

Great compensation. Meaningful work. High levels of responsibility early in your career. Some of the best people to work with and for. Some of the best leadership from the top down of any company I can imagine. Flexible work schedules (Monday and Friday from home, some get to work 9/80 (Every other Friday off) and 4/10 (every Friday off)) schedules. Family oriented. Good opportunities for advancement, especially if you are willing to move.

Cons

Large company and some inflated processes can be frustrating.
