Pros

I enjoyed how they invest in employee growth. I liked the work environment and how people are respectful in the workplace.

Cons

Promotion is getting more difficult to achieve recently and fewer roles are available within the US as they plan to move more roles overseas.

Pros

They give insurance, and takes care of everything when going for medical, classes for required certificates etc.

Cons

Until recently chevron was quite good but as of now in Indian ships they took away the job , second cook, out of nowhere with no warning and giving no time period to pursue other companies…it is quite inconsiderate, irresponsible and very unprofessional of the company…they have no value for the hard-work of the people that belonged to the job post.
