Pros

The Company has a work life balance. It allows you to work at your own pace while meeting the deadline. It gives you accountability on you on your own work while giving you the freedom to act upon your roles with a minimal amount of supervision.

Cons

Low salary pay and increment.

Pros

Had the opportunity to work on different IT and Telecommunications projects and exposed to different technologies including end user support. It seems to be fun all along.

Challenges in the work place due to unavailability of critical parts to carry out our work and delays on orders etc

Pros

Lots of opportunities to develop yourself.

Cons

Constant budget constriction. It seems you have to be "friend of somebody" to obtain something.
