Pros

They truly value the safety of their employees, diversity and the people were molded to uphold high ethical standards.

Cons

It seems nowadays that there is a little career advancement and benefits. One of the reasons could be due to drop in the oil since 2014. Nonetheless, I still admire Chevron for handling well such kind of risk.
