      Pros

      Excellent culture of chevron ways that highly honor integrity and diversity. Able to have Work Life Balance. Competitive Remuneration. Rate employee based on performance and have Good people Development program such as Horizons, training etc

      Cons

      Medium international exposure, remote area, not Clear career path (each employee has carreer Development plan but the realization is very low)

      Pros

      Chevron is people centric and they REALY care about their staff. Support from management is also amazing and they take your career development very seriously. Compensation is also competitive and the way they compute your incentive bonus is transparent, so transparent that you already know the amount with 99% accuracy before you get it. People are nice in general but there will always be a "black sheep" every now and then. Work-Life balance is important to them but still you get to work extended hours every now and then.

      Cons

      It's difficult to move up once you get to a mid level pay grade as there is not much opportunity in Manila except to become a team lead. Some people are just not cut-out to become team leads and are better off as individual contributors.
