Pros

At the onset of a day's work, a reminder and checklist has to be inspected and checked.

Cons

The safety program should also include contractor's action outside the terminal.

Pros

Chevron provides pretty good benefits, especially matching contribution to 401K. For new college grads, the Horizon program provides great opportunties to gain experiences and knowledge in different businesses. There are some work groups with nice, friendly and open minded people.

Cons

Probably like many other companies, there are some difficult and non-"Chevron Way" supervisors. The performance management program is very subjective in some cases. That directly affects employees' pay and annual bonus.
