Pros

Work life balance, you work 9 days and get the tenth off. The ability to work from anywhere and as long as the job gets done.

Cons

The head office is located 40mins out of the city which makes city living a minor challenge in terms of comuting across the bridge.

Pros

Chevron is a place where one can develop and grow fast enough through openly-available learning programmes/training, supervisory guidance and welfare/benefit packages.

Cons

The downside was mainly as a result of poor management/leadership of the particular business unit which lead to incessant demand, hence, a slight drawback to a work-friendly environment

Pros

Good culture overall. Pay not as good as other companies but happy to have a jov at this time period.

Cons

Hardly any opportunity to move up as a contractor. Batchelor is a must if you plan on getting a job here.
