Pros

Experience and outstanding technology. Cultivating the new workforce. They have a very large porfolio of assets and the ability to work a broad range of challenges

Cons

You will never get past PSG25 unless you have an inside crony. Older workers are treated like crap. Chevron does not confront problems directly and there is an air of retribution to those who challenge management

Pros

Job experience and training are OK.

Cons

The pay at Chevron is lower than all of the other major oil companies. Don't come to work here for the pay. Come to work here to get experience, then go to another oil company that pays better (that's any of them).
